He is survived by: his wife Donna Gullage of Chatham, NJ; his sister Susan Lafond of Ogunquit, ME; his daughters, Kimberly Johnson of Milton, MA and Kristin Johnson of Boston, MA; his grandchildren, Maxwell Johnson, Owen Johnson, Nex Johnson and Vivian Johnson; and his pet Miller.
