He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles G. Apgar Sr. and Grace Apgar (Farmer). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Heather Murphy (Brian), Charles W. "Chad" Apgar (Kara DuRie) and Tamara Vander May (Clifford); his grandchildren, Bryn Murphy, Owen Murphy, Charles W. "CJ" Apgar Jr., Kendra Apgar, Cory Apgar, Daria Vander May, Elise Vander May, Garrett Vander May and Callen Vander May; and his stepgrandchildren, Ella DuRie, Owen DuRie and Teddy DuRie. He is also survived by 3 loving children, 9 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.
