She was predeceased by: her brother George Hawks. She is survived by: her husband John Hoffman; her children, Michelle (John Steigerwald) of Ambler, PA. and Brian Hoffman of Chatham, NJ; her grandchildren, Claire and Evelyn Steigerwald; her brother Richard Hawks (Kathleen) of Flemington, NJ; her sister-in-law Carol Hawks of Stratham, NH.; and her nieces and nephews, Richard Hawks, Ralph Hawks, Susan Hawks, Christopher Hawks, Patricia Price, David Hawks and Damian Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation (http://www.komen.org) Affectionately known as "LeeLee" to all her close friends and family, Carolee was the most thoughtful, kind, gracious, generous, and sweet woman.
