She is survived by: her husband Jay; her daughter Lenore Jacobs; her grandson Eric Jacobs of Tewksbury, Massachusetts; her sister Donna (Leonard Triggiani) of Naperville, Illinois; her nephew Paul Triggiani (Lisa-Claire); her great-nephew Paul; and her great-niece Marguerite of Bedford.

Her dissertation on Simon Flexner's successful administration of the Rockefeller Institute, now Rockefeller University, was cited for distinction as a significant contribution to the understanding of medical philanthropy in this country.
