He is survived by: his mother-in-law Sandra Cottman Bailey; his wife Sandra Cottman Bailey; his children, Thomas A. Bailey (Linda), Barry T. Bailey (Sandra), Gwendolyn Grandi (Ronald), Beth A. McLean (James), Nikki Bailey and Taree Bailey; his stepmother Anne Johnson; and his sister-in-law Sara Spencer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
