The passing of Tara D. Friel of Cedarville, New Jersey, born in Sewell, New Jersey leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 25, 2024 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Collins and Katharina Rüffer Collins; and her brother Daniel Collins. She is survived by: her husband Michael Friel; her children, Brian (Cindy Seto-Friel) of Dover, DE, Sean (Jenn Veale) of Vineland and Erin (Ralph Garboushian) of Washington, DC; her grandsons, Collin, Nathan and Elijah; and her sisters, Mary Ann Collins of Philadelphia and Stephanie Collins of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family members and treasured friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Padgett Funeral Home (1107 NJ-77, Bridgeton, NJ 08302). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's, Parish (367 Main St, Cedarville, NJ 08311).
