He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Rogers, Sr. and Dorothy Hetzell Rogers; and his sisters, Charlotte Cranmer (Edward), Dorothy Johnson and Millicent Johnson (Eddie).

He is survived by: his siblings, Francis Rogers, Jean O'Donnell, Marvin Rogers, Elizabeth Rogers and Eleanor Darby (Dale). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
