He is survived by: his children, Juan Alexix (Kristen) and Wonneta Maria (Stephen); his wife Wonneta Green; his son Felix; his adoptive daughters, Dorann Brown and Kyara Wilson; his grandchildren, DeJuan F., Julian H., Amaya F., Kenyon F., Opalanie C., Jace B., Aihamikwen C. and Elianna B.; his mother Carmen N Concepcion; and his siblings, Olga L., Jose M. (Iris R.), Felix (Dolly), Luis H., Jorge L., Carmen D. and Jose A. (Elsie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and family friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sray Webster Funeral Home (62 Landis Ave, Bridgeton, NJ 08302). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
