He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore W. Franks and Thelma Hoffman Franks; and his wife Marianne. He is survived by: his sons, David Franks (Cindy) of Southborough and Brett Franks (Judi) of Richwood; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Jaden and Evan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jason's memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Delaware Valley Chapter, 2004 Sproul Road, Suite 208, Broomall, PA 19008.
