Louis F. Basso Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Louis F. Basso in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on March 23, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Michelina. He is survived by: his children, Gemma Coulson (Michael), Russell Basso (Laura) and Angelica Lautenberg (Peter); and his grandsons, Sean Michael and Benjamin Louis.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Par-Troy Funeral Home (95 Parsippany Rd, Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ 07054). A Mass was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Mount Carmel R. C. Church (75 Ridgedale Ave, Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927). A committal service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
