He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Volker; his children, Dorothy Mae Carnivale and Darren Volker (Christine); his brother Wayne Volker (Cindy); his half-siblings, Kip Williams and Linda Hesselberg; his grandchildren, Stephanie Russick (Paul), Kelly Carnivale, Tyler and Alyssa Volker; and his great grandchildren, Emma Carnivale, Reagan, Sadie, Lucy and Trey Russick.
