She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas and Mary Apito (Spennachio); her husband Rudolph Simek; her children, Bernadine Caulfield (Conway), Rudy Simek (Loretta) and Mary Esposito (Domenick); and her grandchildren, Michael Caulfield (Kelly), Shana Caulfield (Kara), Corinne Collins (Thomas), Stephanie DiCicco (Daniel), Chloe Dukesherer (Rob) and Julia Sirignano (Paul). She was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren.
