He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Krupka and Anna Krupka; and his brothers, Charles and Richard Krupka. He is survived by: his children, James Krupka and Gina Krupka; and his brother Dennis Krupka (Joann). He is also survived by his eleven nieces and nephews.
