She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Pucillo; and her sister Marilyn Pucillo. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. O'Hara; her son Christopher O'Hara; her children-in-law, Cynthia (Jennifer Marino) and Eric (Bryan O'Hara); her grandchildren, Christian, Brian, Riley, Jillian and Connor; and her mother Rosemarie Pucillo.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home (486 Pompton Ave, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
