He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Carella and Rose Carella; and his daughter Catherine Carella Mindel. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Chuck (Sandra), Bobby (Mary Alice) and Jodi Utkewicz (Duane); his son-in-law Peter Mindel; his sister Angela Hall of Holly Hill, Fla.; his grandchildren, Christie Rosania (Tommy), Bobby (Danielle), Suzy Michaels (Jay), Chip (Grace Marie), Kaitlyn Vasvari (Thomas), Melissa Magill (Ryan), Brian Utkewicz (Shannon) and Carly Mindel; and his great grandchildren, Andy, Amelia, Tyler, Giavanna, Raffaella, Charlie, Robert, Callie, Mason and Thomas.
