He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Pennachio and Josephine Pennachio; and his sister Rosalie Pennachio. He is survived by: his children, Anthony, Donna Gallucci and Tracy Caldera; his son-in-law Paul Caldera; his granddaughters, Michaela, Jessica Gallucci, Nicole and Samantha Caldera; and his sister Paula Leonard. He is also survived by wife and children.
