He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Jones and Lucille Jones; his wife Alma Jones; his daughter Lorraine Ernst; and his sisters, Lucy and Nancy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paul, James and Audrey; his children, Anthony Jones, Jr. (Belinda), David Jones (Tiffany) and Sandra Washington (Bruce); his grandchildren, Nia, Bruce, Jr., Ethan, Alexander, Bryce, Collier, Delaney and Lia; his great grandchild Emelia; and his son-in-law Jim. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Presbyterian Church of Cedar Grove (155 Commerce Drive, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
