He was predeceased by: his sibling Daniel Brow; and his parents, Ruth E. and Thomas J. Brow. He is survived by: his spouse Marion; his children, Nicole Brow and Sean J. Brow; and his siblings, Thomas Brow, Carolyn Brow and Diane Brow. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and 1 Grand-Nephew.
