He is survived by: his parents, Adam Bialowarczuk and Deborah Bialowarczuk; his son Jax Bialowarczuk; his siblings, Robert Bialowarczuk (Jennifer) and Jennifer Halladay (Ryan); his nieces and nephews, Gracie, Savannah, Chance, Brody and Jack; his aunts and uncles, Dottie Andrella, Donna Rodriguez, Diana Corbett, Douglas Lachmund and Ronald Bialowarczuk; and his great-aunts, Stella Kubala and Rose Lozak.
