She was predeceased by: her husband John Horn; her grandson Kyle Horn; and her siblings, Richard, Gloria, Marilyn, Joyce and June.
She is survived by: her children, John Horn, Jr., Cheryl Roote (Mike) and Donna Carrasquillo (Scott Silagyi); her grandchildren, Kenneth, Julia, Erin Horn, Michael Roote and Marissa Carrasquillo; her great grandchildren, Savannah Hernandez and Ellie Horn; and her sisters, Patricia and Ruth.
