He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his parents, Richard and Marie; and his siblings, Thomas, Robert, Theodore and Beatrice Frazier.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Michele), Michael (Heather) and Daniel (Arin); his grandchildren, Christopher, Steven, Richard, Katie and Cameron; and his brother Donald. He is also survived by 7 nieces and 7 nephews.
