He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carolla and Ida Carolla. He is survived by: his siblings, John D. Carolla (Suzanne) of Broken Arrow, OK, Grace A. Carolla of Carteret and Concetta Spoganetz (John) of Carteret Also; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Kimberly, Stefanie, David, Nicholas and Emily.
