She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jacobs and Julia Jacobs; and her husband Stephen E. Kovacs. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Helen Kulick; her children, Sandra Muchi (Louis), Barbara Kovacs, Steven E. Kovacs (Theresa) and Edward S. Kovacs (Karen); her siblings, Joseph Jacobs and Margaret Carpenter; her grandchildren, Lori Jurasik (Leon), Elizabeth Nikorak and Andrew Kovacs; and her great grandchildren, Leigha Glossip, Timothy, Micayla Jurasik, Luke, Drew and Jacob Nikorak.
