She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Scarboro and Grace Scarboro. She is survived by: her husband Charles Howard; her children, C. Jason Howard (Kimberly Bongiorno), Deborah Ragan, Ronald Howard and Brenda Howard-Haynes (Lawrence Haynes); and her grandchildren, James, Shawn Baker, Dustin Shepard, Jennifer Guerry and Dana Dunkley-Murphy. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
