John Kushnir Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2019, at the age of 94, John Kushnir (Carteret, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Andrew and Mykola Kushnir; and his brother-in-law Adam Kazio. He is survived by: his wife Maria Kushnir; his children, Irene Pender (Jim) of Manalapan, Peter Kushnir of Aberdeen and Alexandra DeSena (Bill) of Middletown; his grandchildren, John, Andrew, Marie and Brandon; his sister Kateryna; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Kazio, Irene Kozak (John) and Krystyna Ulhursky-Iwaskow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of John may be made to St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church Restoration Fund, 719 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008.
