We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Ilene (Tooter) Foxe of Carteret, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandson Justin Slater; her daughter Christina Slater; her brother Harvey; her sister-in-law Jean Tooter; her husband James B Foxe; and her parents, Jerry Tooter and Norma Tooter. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation.
