He is survived by: his wife Ana Hernandez; his children, Jason E. Hernandez (Damaris) and Jillian Elyse Hernandez (Roberto Medina); his grandchildren, Jason E., Jr., Jada Elyse Hernandez, Kylie Elyse Dlugosz, Kaila Elyse and Kory Joseph Bonner; and his siblings, Eliacin, Ediberto, Eliseo Hernandez and Sonia Caceres.
