He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Ziccardi Heller; and his brother James T. Heller. He is survived by: his children, Caren Kapinos (Joseph) of Murrels Inlet, SC and Kevin Heller of Carteret; and his grandchildren, Aaron Kapinos, Joseph Brucato, Caleb Heller, Leah Kapinos, Juliet Heller and Kayden Melendez.
