He was predeceased by: his former wife Rose Chirico. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Chirico (Hadyk); his children, Donna Biase (Joseph), Joann Santos (Mark) and Charles L. Chirico; and his grandchildren, Vincent Gerard, Gianna Rose Biase and Christian Alvaro Santos.
