He was predeceased by: his parents, Walton H. Sr. Willis and Thelma McLaren Willis; his wife Rose Capanna Willis; his siblings, Howard L., Edgar P. Willis and Cora Lee Lively; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Boellaard and John Capanna.
He is survived by: his sisters, Thelma Hemminger, Carrie Thomas (John), Ruth Ottinger (Thomas) and Sally Carfiello (Michael); his sister-in-law Gloria Boellaard; his nieces, Cathy Boellaard, Pam Malkin and Shelley Boellaard; and his nephew Jeff Capanna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
