He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Nixon and Clara Nixon; and his siblings, Lester, Kenny, Bobby and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sisters, Shirley Piccolomini (Dom), Ruth Houseman (Glenn) of Portsmouth, VA and Pat Boyd (Ron) of Chichester, NH; his children, Glenn Nixon (Nancy) of Springfield, NJ, Doug Nixon (Janet) of Heathsville, VA and Carol Dion (Pete) of Carneys Point; his grandchildren, Autumn Hayes, Apryl Nixon, Melinda Knox, Eric Dion and Tom Nixon; and his great grandchildren, Lainey, Lucy, Aiden Josie, Maggie and Hazel.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Tom's memory to the New Hope United Methodist Church, PO Box 247, Penns Grove NJ 08069.
