He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Lee Crum; his parents, Lee Crum and Gladys Beach; his stepmother Rose Crum; his half-siblings, Robert Macy and Norma Douthett; and his stepsister Barbara Doran.
He is survived by: his stepsiblings, Mano Massari and Joann Brigani; his stepchildren, Sherrie Mehaffey, Leslie Gonzalez and Kathie Murray (Neil); his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Davy, Mehaffey, Sarah Gonzalez, Miranda and Collin Murray; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Lillian Davy.
