She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Prosper and Theresa Prosper; her husband Karl Jess Sr.; her daughter Rose Marie Jess; and her siblings, John S. Gaul and Theresa Chuma.
She is survived by: her brother Joseph Prosper (Linda); her children, Sheryl Cantrell (Barry), Karl Jess Jr. and Linda Bryan (Jerry); her grandchildren, Joseph Jess (Jennifer), Gary Jess (Rebekah) and Lisa Olbrich (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Grason Jess, Fairlee and Halia Jess. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
