He is survived by: his children, Michael M. Mulligan (Katie), Timothy T. Mulligan (Suncha), Patricia M. Mulligan, Katherine G. Mulligan Huynh (Trac) and Mary Marjorie Elliot (Mark); his daughter-in-law Lisa G. Mulligan; and his sisters-in-law, Penny Mulligan, Judy Lambert, Elma Knapp and Betty Haggerty.
