He was predeceased by: his father Frank Sylvestro; and his nephew Jesse Haynes. He is survived by: his mother Gail Giordano (Holladay); his daughter Lindsay Sylvestro (Chris); his grandchildren, Dominic and Izabella of Montana; his sisters, Tracey Haynes (Dale) and Nicole Baber (Matt); and his nieces and nephews, Sommer Hofacker, Taylor Haynes, Molly Baber, Mia Hofacker, Noah Baber and Jace Clark.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Gary's memory to First Assembly of God, who helped and supported Gary throughout his journey.
