He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Colubriale (Trappuzzano); and his siblings, Connie Slattery, Domenic Colubriale, Salvatore Colubriale and Theresa Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Frank J. Colubriale (Elena) of Pilesgrove, Robert Colubriale of Carneys Point and Lisa O'Connor (Duff) of Woolwich Township; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Kaitlin O'Connor, Leanna and Nicholas Colubriale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
