She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Mack and Bertha Mack (Jones); her husband Arthur; and her half-brother Earnest Jones. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Curtis, Sr. (Debbie) and Kevin Curtis (Amy Rose); her sister Bertha Reese; her grandchildren, Dale Curtis Jr. (Nicole), Kelly McDade (Sean), Julie Fink (Mike), Becky Luciano (Julio) and Diana Curtis; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Sean, Tyler, Sophia, Dale Allen III and Cameran.
