He was predeceased by: his father Raymond J. Newlin, Sr.; his brother Nathaniel Newlin; and his nephew Shawn Newlin. He is survived by: his mother Etta Newlin (Thomas); his wife Tina Newlin (Marriott); his children, Thomas Newlin and Shannon Permenter of Brookhaven, PA; his siblings, Ruth Needy of Gore, PA, Raymond Newlin, Jr. (Barb) of East Berlin, PA and Mae Wagner (Wayne) of Pilesgrove, NJ; and his sister-in-law Patricia Newlin of Conyers, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made towards a college fund for Thomas at Pennsville National Bank.
