It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie E. Clement (Carneys Point, New Jersey), born in Penns Grove, New Jersey, who passed away on November 15, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome Clement. She is survived by: her children, Andrei Hartzell (Paul), Patrice Whalen (Michael), Miles Clement (Gail Hosie) and Gerald Clement (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Brook Hartzell, Blair Schwartz, Lindsay Whalen, Katelynn Whalen, Jillian Whalen, Christine Clement and Stephen Clement; her great grandchild Margot Schwartz; her sister-in-law Judith Clement; her niece Jill James (Thomas); and her nephew Glenn Clement.
