She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Franklin Dougan, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Donna Zoe Dougan; her husband Phil Scarfo, Jr.; her children, Chet Lloyd (Jackie) and Jessica Hrubar (Peter); her grandchildren, Mia, Brianna, Hunter, Braylana and Oakley; and her brothers, Joseph Dougan, Jr. (Edith) and Donald Dougan (Cheryl).
