He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul W and Barbara Sheets (Mills). He is survived by: his parents, Loren S Chard Jr and Paula Chard (Sheets); his grandparents, Loren S. Chard Sr. and Margaret (Lipp); his sister Laura Rothwein (Kenneth); his nephew Nicholas P. Rothwein; his brother Gregory P. Chard; and his daughter Brianna Noon. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer society or the juvenile diabetes association.
