He was predeceased by: his parents, David Watkins Sr. and Rebecca Watkins (Hagan); his birth mother Shirley Fogg; his brother William Watkins; and his nephew Charles Ayars.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne (Wilson); his children, Jennifer Watkins and Bruce Jr. (Katrina); his grandchildren, Joshua David, Rebecka Elayne and Baylei Marie; and his siblings, Michael Watkins, Rogene Geroulo (Watkins), Debbie Robinson (Ed), Patricia Watkins, Thomas Watkins (Carol) and David Watkins. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family has suggested that donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, donate3.cancer.org, in Bruce's name.
