She is survived by: her husband Richard Gatanis; her children, Timothy Gatanis (Judy), Kenneth Gatanis (Maria), Kimberly Gatanis, Richard Gatanis (Shelley) and Cynthia Gatanis; her grandchildren, Rebekah, Deanna, Elena (Terry), Victoria and Devon; her great grandchildren, Jade and Presley Jean; and her siblings, Ronald Pedrick (Sue), Janice Lombardo, Patricia Rose and Debbie Pelura.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Bethel Baptist Church.
