He was predeceased by: his siblings, Michael Stallone, Rachel Tozzini, Angela Wolchko and Sandra Fargo. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mary Stallone; his sons, William Stallone (Colleen), John Stallone (Desiree) and Michael Stallone (Phyllis); his grandchildren, William (Elizabeth), Ryan, Michael, Rose, Nicholas, John and Jordan; and his sister-in-law Mary Stallone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
