He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Charles Williams, Sr. (Geraldine) and Amanda Dennis; his wife Latanya "Tanya" Denise Williams; his son Jacob S. Williams; and his sibling-in-law Jock Oubichon.

He is survived by: his son Isaac B. Williams; his sisters, Andrea Johnson and La-Kenya Kellum (Julius Sr.); his mother-in-law Joan M. Condoll; his siblings-in-law, Tomeka Oubichon, Kellye Condoll and Joseph Condoll, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Arrielle Bouligny, Aaliyah Smith and Camryn Kellum; his uncle Rodney Taylor Sr.; his aunt Denise Hogan Smith; and also Soup Kitchen.
