She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Welsch; her parents, William Thwaites and Lottie Thwaites (Wanat); and her sisters, Florence Thwaites and Lottie Blake.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Kavanagh (Michael) of Wood Ridge, NJ and Tim Welsch (Denise); her sister Sarah Thwaites of Archbald; and her grandchildren, Michael, Patrick, Christina Kavanagh, William, Matthew and Brittany Welsch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
