He was predeceased by: his brother Frank Lavin. He is survived by: his wife Maria Jose Lavin; his children, Maria J. Lavin and Miguel Lavin (Victoria); his granddaughters, Raquel Lavin, Sandra Lavin and Heidi; and his sister-in-law Elsa Lavin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
