He is survived by: his spouse Dale; his children, Renee Horak (Kevin), Jeff Verga (Kim) and Keri Verga; his grandchildren, Amanda, Justin, Hannah and Jacob; his sister Juanita Moriarty (late Thomas); his nephew Alfred Moriarty (Jill); and his niece Colleen Scherdel (Eric). He is also survived by His parents, sister and girlfriend.
