He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Baxter and Ethel Mae Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Thomas S. (Janet), Carolyn Porter (Daniel) and Scott (Tanja); his grandchildren, Thomas, Samuel (Dora), Daniel, Jordan (Darian), Scott, Matthew (Courtney), Jacob and Jenna; his great grandchildren, Emily, Hazel and Matthew; his nephews, Gary and Douglas; and his sister Susan Fitz.
