She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Conley Faulkner and Jason Faulkner; her sister Payton; her half-brother Brock; her grandfather Donald Faulkner; her great-grandparent Harold Loughary; her uncles, Katherine Chadwick, Robert Chadwick, Richard Conley, Kelly Conley, Linda Boyce, James Boyce, Jill Simily, John Simily, Julie Ward, Aaron Ward, Jared Faulkner and April Faulkner; and her nephews, Luke Faulkner and Reed Faulkner. She is also survived by many cousins and countless friends.
